The Infant Classroom provides the nurturing and care needed for the first year of life. Safe Sleep practices are followed with plenty of floor time for developing muscles from the core out. Teachers are attentive and provide secure attachment opportunities to help your child feel safe to explore and learn.
Our 1’s and 2’s Classrooms provide a developmentally appropriate environment for the natural curiosity of toddler children. Teachers will expose children to hands on activities which will encourage their growth in social, emotional, language, math, science, music, friendship and self-awareness domains. These goals will be met through play opportunities and interacting with their peers.
In our Toddlers class for two-year-olds, staff help children develop potty training skills.
The Preschool Program continues to build on the social skills that children need and begins preparation of the necessary listening skills to achieve success in school. Children will experience many hands-on activities to expand their interests in language, math, science, music, friendship, and self-awareness. Children will begin number and letter recognition. Emphasis will also be made in gross and fine motor skills.
Our Pre-Kindergarten program is a comprehensive preparation for Kindergarten, developing the following areas:
Social Skills
Listening
Writing
Letter and Number Recognition
Reading Readiness
Fine Motor Skills
Self Help Skills
All of the skills needed for Kindergarten success!
Children will have opportunities to learn and develop the skills needed for Kindergarten through age appropriate activities and play.
After School care is available for children from local elementary schools and offers a range of activities designed to build friendships.
Care is also provided during school breaks and closure days. The summer program includes field trips, and daily cognitive activities to help prevent “Brain Drain.”
